This was our first introduction to user experience design at university although this had always been a favourite area of interest for me, since doing graphic communication in school and designing websites. When I received the brief "Create a UX experience in the form of an app for Lothian Buses", I knew this would be a good introduction as it fitted my lifestyle well and I could use my own experiences to help me develop my idea.
